Our allies
We contribute with other organizations and receive their collaboration to boost our projects and reach more communities. Meet some of our partners:
Who can be an ally of IFC?
- Educational institutions:
Public or private schools that serve low-income children: These schools often have urgent needs for food, drinking water, and school supplies. IFC could provide support to meet these basic needs and ensure that children can attend classes and learn in a proper environment.
Non-formal education programs: There are many programs in Venezuela that provide education to children and youth who are not enrolled in the formal school system. These programs may also need support to meet their basic needs.
Teacher training institutions: IFC could also partner with teacher training institutions to strengthen teacher training and improve the quality of education in Venezuela.
- Parishes:
Parishes that work with low-income communities: These parishes often have social outreach programs that provide food, clean water, and medical care. IFC could help them expand these programs to reach more people.
General requirements:
1. Demonstrated need: Institutions interested in becoming IFC allies must demonstrate a real and urgent need for assistance with food, water, and school supply donation programs.
2. Commitment to children’s education and well-being: IFC partners with institutions that educate and care for children. These institutions should know how IFC’s support will help the children they serve.
How to become an IFC ally?
If an educational institution or parish is interested in becoming a partner of IFC | Water & Development, it is recommended to follow these steps:
1. Know about IFC programs: It is important for interested institutions to know about IFC programs and how they can be linked to them. Information about IFC programs can be found in the web menu.
2. Prepare a proposal: Interested institutions should prepare a proposal that describes their needs, objectives and how IFC can help them achieve them. The proposal should include a detailed budget and a monitoring and evaluation plan.
3.Contact IFC: Once the proposal is ready, interested institutions should contact IFC to schedule a meeting. At the meeting, they will be able to discuss their proposal in detail and answer IFC’s questions.
